Every participant receives a personalized treatment plan with access to psychiatry, therapy, substance use support, and peer coaching.
In partnership with Urban Tech Academy, participants gain skills and certifications in security camera installation, IT field technician roles, and IT support (Google & Cisco certifications).
With the Entrepreneurship Success Program, participants access financial literacy workshops, business planning, and pathways to business ownership.
Transitional housing navigation, transportation, and legal aid are available to reduce barriers and promote stability.
Cohorts complete hands-on projects—like solar installations or IT labs—that benefit local organizations and reinforce community connection.
RECODE supports individuals returning to the community after incarceration—men and women ages 18+ from Chicago's South Shore and surrounding areas. Our staff and mentors reflect the lived experiences of our clients, ensuring services are culturally relevant and community-driven.
