What Makes RECODE Unique

Integrated Care

Every participant receives a personalized treatment plan with access to psychiatry, therapy, substance use support, and peer coaching.

Future-Focused Workforce Training

In partnership with Urban Tech Academy, participants gain skills and certifications in security camera installation, IT field technician roles, and IT support (Google & Cisco certifications).

Entrepreneurship & Economic Mobility

With the Entrepreneurship Success Program, participants access financial literacy workshops, business planning, and pathways to business ownership.

Holistic Support

Transitional housing navigation, transportation, and legal aid are available to reduce barriers and promote stability.

Community Legacy Projects

Cohorts complete hands-on projects—like solar installations or IT labs—that benefit local organizations and reinforce community connection.
